Tuition: NONE
Location: LOGANSPORT HIGH SCHOOL. All students will meet in the Logansport High School Cafeteria at 8AM on June 6. All summer school classes will take place at Logansport High School.
Registration Deadline: Registration forms should be submitted by Friday, April 29, 2022 to the Logansport Junior High main office.
Eligibility: Students who have not earned credit in Math and/or English classes and would otherwise be retained; students who did not recover their credit during the school year, or students who have not passed ELA/MATH portions of ILEARN.
Dress Code and Code of Conduct: ALL LJHS dress code and student code of conduct expectations are in effect through the summer school program. Any students sent to the office for behavior and/or dress code issues will be dismissed from summer school and parents will be contacted.
Transportation: If your child received transportation services during the regular school year, your child will continue with pick up and drop off at neighborhood locations. However, these locations may differ from bus stops during the year. This information will be communicated to you at a later date.
Breakfast and Lunch: Breakfast will be from 7:40-8:00AM. Lunch will be from 11:30AM-Noon.
Activities: All students will receive an hour and 40 minutes of math instruction daily and an hour and 40 minutes of English instruction. Students will receive a grade at the end of the summer program.
Attendance: Students may only miss a total of three days of summer school and absences must be verified by the parent.
Complete and return the Registration Form to the Logansport Junior High Main Office by Friday April 29, 2022.
